Training material from user stories

When a big system goes live, training comes last. The people who know the system are busy fixing it, and the decks describe features from two years ago. This workflow writes the training from what you already have, and only asks your experts what it can't work out on its own.

It suits teams rolling out an ERP, PLM, CRM or internal platform to hundreds or thousands of users. It's built from shipped parts: an agent that walks through a product, captures screens and writes help articles, and a checker that flags articles that no longer match.

How it runs

  1. 1

    Read what you already have

User stories, solution designs, release notes and any old training decks. The agent turns them into a list of every task each type of user has to learn.

  2. 2

Do each task in a test environment

Signed in with a training account, the agent performs every task step by step, the way a new user would.

  3. 3

    Capture every screen

Annotated screenshots at each step. Where the screen doesn't match the story, it says so, which doubles as a test pass.

  4. 4

    Draft the training

Modules by role and task: slide-style lessons, step-by-step guides and one-page quick references.

  5. 5

Ask an expert only when stuck

Anything it couldn't complete becomes a short, specific question for a named expert. Once answered, it tries again.

What you get

  • Hosted lessons that look and click like slides
  • Packages your learning platform can import (SCORM)
  • A searchable help center built from the same material
  • Optional chat or voice assistant that answers from it

You own all of it, files and code. No subscription. When a release changes a screen, rerun the stories it touches and the checker flags any lesson that's out of date.

What we need from you

  • A test environment and a training account
  • Your user stories and design documents
  • One named expert with a few hours a week to answer questions

It can run inside your environment with the AI provider your security team has already approved.

Start with a two-week pilot

Pick five to ten user stories. In two weeks you get the finished lessons, the list of questions the agent escalated, and the time it took. Then decide whether to run it on the rest.
